Our client in Horicon, WI is searching for a talented Desktop Support Lead to join their growing team! In this exciting contract-to-hire role (3-6 months), you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional technical support while fostering a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead by example, troubleshooting general software and hardware issues for desktops and devices.
Leverage your 4+ years of Microsoft experience (level 1-3 support) to manage Active Directory tasks like user creation and deletion.
Utilize your extensive software and hardware troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical challenges.
Foster a positive team environment by mentoring and guiding colleagues, drawing on your leadership and soft skills.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in Desktop Support or a related field.
Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory (level 1-3 support).
Extensive knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting methodologies.
