Job Profile:
Responsibilities:
o Coordinate the extraction of seller-side CRM system data during the due-diligence phase of M&A projects
o Analyze and format extracted data, to align with Lookout's PestPac upload template
o Upload acquired customer data into Lookout's PestPac software immediately following M&A deal closings.
o Collaborate with trainers to inform content of PestPac user training
o Transition ownership of other digital accounts acquired through M&A projects
o Execute ad-hoc tasks from the IT integration playbook, supporting multiple M&A projects simultaneously
o Refine IT integration playbooks & strategies based on deal feedback
Job Requirements:
Proficiencies:
o Prior experience with data migrations involving PestPac (required)
o Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
o Exceptional time management skills
o Strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations
o Strong desire to learn new technologies and drive for continuous efficiencies in process
o Analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated planning and organization skills
o Ability to work independently and as a team member under deadline pressures; set priorities; respond to changing demands from multiple sources
Preferred Experience:
o Data migrations and/or system transitions
o Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
o Home-services industry experience
o Project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
o bachelor's degree
o Experience using SmartSheet project management software
o Pest control industry knowledge and/or experience
