Job Description:

Baer is looking for SAP S4 Chips New Product Introduction Analyst for a 18+ month project located in Santa Clara, CA.


Title: SAP S4 Chips New Product Introduction Analyst
Location: Remote and travel to Santa Clara
Duration: 18 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)


Responsibilities:

• ?????Create detailed test scenarios and cases for new product introductions.


• Document and report test results, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accuracy.


• Design IT modifications and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


• Analyze current business procedures and system practices.


• Analyze business requirements to construct detailed workflow charts and diagrams.


• Study system capabilities and write specifications to support the development of new programs.


• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify root causes and implement solutions.


• Solve production issues promptly and efficiently.


• Analyze system logs to identify performance issues.


• Implement performance tuning measures to optimize system response times and overall performance.


• Design and configure the SAP system landscape, including system architecture, system profiles, transport management, and system monitoring.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of SAP S/4HANA systems.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on chips manufacturing.


• Proven experience in new product introduction processes within SAP environments.


• Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and configuration.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to create detailed workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications.


• Experience in performance tuning and system monitoring.


• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA certification.


• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.


• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to chips manufacturing.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
