HireWorks has partnered with an Irving, TX based oil & gas company who is seeking a Business Systems Specialist to join the team.Day-to-day operations in OpenInvoice, EnergyLink and SAP issue resolutions and project relatedtasks to create efficiencies in business processes and accounting systems.
Responsibilities
Administrative and configuration supportand maintenance of existing accounting systems.
Maintain, enhance,and provide supportfor accounting applications, custom enhancements and integrations based on business requirements.
Multi-task betweenprojects and applications and manage multiplepriorities, while meetingdeadlines.
Responsiblefor creating and maintaining User Access, Chart of Accounts,Cost Centers and Authorizations for Expenditure within OpenInvoice.
Support and guidance integrating acquisition of assetsto SAP.
Strictly adhere to SOX and IT audit policies, guidelines, and procedures. This position will be responsible for audit requests from our internal and external audit teams.
Technicaland configuration supportand maintenance of existing SAP modules, including FI/CO/PS/AM/ MM/JVA/PRA, accounting software interfaces, and data integrations.
Creating ad-hocreports requested from the businessboth in SAP and OpenInvoice.
Experience and Education
Bachelor's degreein MIS, EMIS or Businessrelated degree
Experience maintaining and supporting OpenInvoice, SAP or EnergyLink systems
Experience workingin Upstream Oil and Gas industry a plus
Experience workingin both support and project capacities
