This role offers a salary range of up to $100,000, plus a bonus, and the opportunity to lead transformative IT initiatives in healthcare, fostering collaborative excellence across the organization.
Key Requirements:
Manage and lead IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and resource constraints.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and edit MS SQL reports to enhance data analysis and support decision-making processes.
Provide expert support and troubleshooting for SAP Business One 10 or HANA, addressing issues in finance, sales, manufacturing, and warehouse operations.
Drive innovation and efficiency across the organization through the implementation of strategic IT initiatives.
Lead outsourced teams and helpdesk contracted services, ensuring effective management and support.
Manage resources within budgetary constraints, optimizing utilization for maximum efficiency.
Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software, networks, or a related field.
Strong background in SAP Business One 10 or HANA, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a support role.
Demonstrated experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across all business functions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a manufacturing and warehouse environment, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.
