We are actively seeking an End User Computing Analyst to provide desktop support to corporate users to ensure the steady operation of desktop systems and accompanying software.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide daily technical support to our internal employees to facilitate consistent and reliable operation of desktop systems and relevant software. • Troubleshoot and resolve queries related to Active Directory and Office 365. • Deliver hardware and software troubleshooting support to ensure smooth business operations. • Manage mobile device and iPad issues within the organization, maintaining efficient and prompt service. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the desktop environment and desktop hardware to expedite issue diagnostics and resolution. • Utilize expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Mobile Device, iPad, Desktop Environment, and Desktop Hardware. • Proactively engage with employees to diagnose and resolve technical issues, thereby promoting a culture of responsive service. • Collaboratively work with the IT team to ensure quick, effective resolution of technical concerns. • Accurately document technical issues and their solutions to develop a substantial knowledge base for future issue resolution. • Continually update personal technical knowledge in line with industry trends and advancements to stay ahead of the curve in desktop support and related technology areas.
