CDW has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support / Help DeskAnalyst! In this role, you will support a multi-location organization with day to day technology needs and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include:
Technical Issues
Inventory Management
Set-Up and Configuration
Documentation and Repairing
and Customer Service
Required expertise includes:
2+years of experience Desktop / Hardware computing experience
Experience supporting O365, Windows (10 and 11) PCs and iPhone / iPads
Help Desk experience - taking calls from End Users and troubleshooting issues
Hands-on troubleshooting and configuration of PCs (desktops, laptops) and peripheral devices. Will be commission and decommissioning hardware and software.
Experience supporting engineering or data heavy applications is beneficial in this role. (CAD / 3D Engineering, etc.)
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Eagerness to grow and learn in a corporate environment
