Technical Support / Help Desk Analyst

Walnut Creek, CA

CDW has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support / Help DeskAnalyst! In this role, you will support a multi-location organization with day to day technology needs and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include:
  • Technical Issues
  • Inventory Management
  • Set-Up and Configuration
  • Documentation and Repairing
  • and Customer Service

Required expertise includes:
  • 2+years of experience Desktop / Hardware computing experience
  • Experience supporting O365, Windows (10 and 11) PCs and iPhone / iPads
  • Help Desk experience - taking calls from End Users and troubleshooting issues
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and configuration of PCs (desktops, laptops) and peripheral devices. Will be commission and decommissioning hardware and software.
  • Experience supporting engineering or data heavy applications is beneficial in this role. (CAD / 3D Engineering, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Eagerness to grow and learn in a corporate environment

Location: Onsite / Remote in Walnut Creek, CA

Type of opportunity: CDW W2 position, 6 month contract-to-hire
