Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Systems/Network Analyst located in Port Arthur, TX. As a Systems/Network Analyst, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of our clients' systems and networks. You will work closely with our clients to identify and resolve any issues, as well as provide recommendations for system and network improvements. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in systems and network administration
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
Experience with network monitoring and performance tuning
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and protocols
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work well both independently and in a team
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA) are a plus
