Job Summary
The EDI Coordinator oversees Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes between a company in streamlining data exchange, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining strong business relationships with trading partners.
EDI Coordinator Immediate Supervisor: IT Director
Job Responsibilities
Initiating and maintaining trading partner relationships
Monitoring and troubleshooting EDI transactions
Implementing customer changes and requests
Collaborating with internal departments
Testing and auditing EDI systems
Maintaining EDI documentation and records
Assist team members and help in other areas as directed by supervisor or management
Qualifications

Must possess excellent written, strong communication skills, and phone etiquette
Organization and time management skills
Technical proficiency in EDI systems, including knowledge of EDI standards, AS2, SFTP, EDI Documents including 850, 810, 856, 820, 855, 811
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with EDI software and tools
