Your Responsibilities
Injection mold builds
Operation of all machinery used in the repair of fabrication of new or existing tooling
Machine precision components and parts of injection molds
Troubleshoot and repair or redesign tooling
Requirements
H.S. diploma/GED required and 2-3 years of CNC mill or lathe experience, including setup.
Proficient in the use of measuring tools; micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, optical comparators, thread gauges, etc.
Familiarity with Solidworks and Mastercam
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, understand GD & T
Ability to precision metal parts and complex geometries using manual mill, lathe, surface grinder, and fixtures
Experience MIG, TIG, and laser micro-welding
3 & 5-axis CNC milling capability
CNC Lathe operation and milling capability
CNC RAM and CNC Wire EDM programming capability
