Position Requirements
Demonstrated selling experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail environment.
Excellent understanding of company standards, processes, policies, and practices.
Ability to train, coach, and mentor a team on customer service and store procedures.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to build trust and foster positive relationships.
Availability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week.
Duties And Responsibilities
Prioritize customer satisfaction at all times, both internally and externally.
Lead by example as a champion of first-class service, providing on-the-job training and guidance to associates.
Cultivate a positive employee experience focused on quality and engagement.
Maintain strong working relationships with fellow associates.
Ensure consistency in performance and standards among store associates through timely coaching and performance management.
Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain store appearance.
Efficiently handle tasks such as receiving, merchandising, POS operations, and cash handling, addressing any issues promptly.
Assist with store scheduling and payroll processes as needed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Serve as a Key Holder, responsible for opening and closing the store when required.
Education, Experience, Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
Flexibility to work various shifts in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills in English.
