Job Description:
Our Pharmacy Technicians serve as technical experts to call centerteams to assist with efficient resolution of member and client related issues. They provide direction and guidance to less experienced team members. Act as a liaison between pharmacists, pharmacy, account management, customer service and the patient to research and resolve problems that arise. Recognize and recommend improvements to processes and procedures. Uses full knowledge of the job to perform activities that support pharmacy management operations under general supervision in the administration of pharmacy benefit for lines of business. Typically a certified pharmacy technician.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and license REQUIRED
• Experience working in a call center preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in a retail pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or Health Plan setting required
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Work Schedule: Shift Schedule will vary between days and times. The contact Center is open 7am - 8pm CST Sunday - Saturday. This is a 40 hour a week positon.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
