We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor of IT Applications to lead our Kronos and Lawson application teams. This pivotal role focuses on harnessing the collective skills of our team to implement, enhance, and streamline IT systems critical to our organizational operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically oversee the implementation, support, and optimization of Kronos and Lawson IT systems.


• Collaborate with operational leaders to align IT solutions with business needs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.


• Focus on professional development of team members by setting clear objectives, prioritizing workload, and providing hands-on mentorship.


• Utilize technical expertise to guide the team in maintaining high technical standards and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT or HRIS experience with Infor Lawson, Oracle,or WorkDay ERP or Kronos is required.


• Strong leadership skills.


• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


• A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development of both self and team.


• Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
