United Wholesale Mortgage is hiring a Quality Engineer for an on-site position in Pontiac, MI. Duties: Serve quality team as engineer and identify performance of communication system issues that includes hardware and software components to internal team members; assess hardware and software system quality and scalability. Collect and report quality metrics from test executions to hardware and software applications. Develop system solutions for internal teams. Document, train and develop better processes to coach internal quality team as well as Network/ Hardware/Software Engineers. Manage both hardware and software projects from draft through implementation and production release; Set up and configure test environment and execute manual and automated testing; identify system and product quality issues during product development as well as maintaining the quality of existing Hardware/ Software/Network Applications. Develop and document detailed functional test plans and test cases. Track results of testing and generate result reports. Req: Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related and 60 months experience as a Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Test Automation Manager or related.
