Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring for a Financial Analyst for immediate hire. We are working with local candidates only for this role.

As an Financial Analyst you will:

• Be responsible for overseeing and leading development, deployment, and reporting.
• Responsible for RX Rewards program annual budget, ensuring program is budget neutral at all times
• Produce annual forecasts incorporating growth model and ad hoc forecasts as needed for potential program changes
• Create, manage, and provide frequent tracking of program results and metric progress performance to management, regions, and departmental partners.
• Monitor changes in KPI's impacting performance and ensure that metrics are working as intended by collaborating with Dealer Performance and Relations, National Dealer Network Development, Digital Business Planning, Retail/Service Experience & Training
• Lead in responding to inquiries from internal, regional, and field staff related to general questions, exception requests, and Legal requests.
• Lead in creating and publishing monthly reports distributed to internal, regional, and field staff; explore opportunities for automation of reports
• Participate in CX Governance process by vetting and providing RX Rewards program impact for exception requests. Support documentation of program processes and publishing of such documentation. Ensure program changes, exception requests, and program approvals are documented appropriately and in compliance with Finance KSOX guidelines.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed to ensure issues/errors are identified and corrected in SAP system and RX Rewards in Dealer Performance Management.
• Maintain department KPIs slides containing past and current qualifier and performance metrics for RX Rewards; Assist in creating program approval decks as needed
• Complete ad hoc reporting as needed by management

This is a temp position for 4 months. It offers a foot in the door of a top company know to hire on our talent and promote from within. Position is hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of financial analyst, forecasting and budgeting experience
• Advanced Excel skill using pivot tables and v look ups
• Bachelors degree

Pay Rate: $30-40/hr
