Position Title: IT Project Manager V


Location: Charlotte, NC


Expected Duration: 12 months



Enterprise Risk Finance Technology's Credit Risk Data Technology Team is searching for a talented, seasoned and highly motivated Technical Project Manager
The Project Manager would work on projects for various regulatory, risk, and other initiative projects. They would work with various teams across the Credit Risk Platform including Senior Technology managers, Senior Business Leads, Program Managers, Change Release management coordinators, scrum masters, and other key team members.
Responsibilities will include:
* Technical Project delivery for multiple projects which requires engagement from multiple teams. Ensure the execution and delivery meets the Stakeholders expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost.
* Manages and communicates all RAID items (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and works through each item in detail.
* Work with teams to clearly communicate objectives and formulate and execute delivery plans. Manages all timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliveries, etc.
* Initiates and maintains various relationships with project team members, Stakeholders, peers, managers, business, Risk, and others.
* Collaborate and communicate with other project managers and leaders to coordinate cross-project initiatives and activities.
* Complete all required reporting and communications for Program Managers, Senior Managers, weekly PMO meetings, and other governance routines related to the status tracking/monitoring of all projects.
* Complete/review metrics on multiple project status, delivery, accomplishments, and provide good visibility on overall project health.
* Provide program level reporting to track projects / deliverables in terms of release dates and financial management. This includes updating and/or coordinating all changes needed for our enterprise PPRT tool (program/project reporting tool).
* Complete various weekly/monthly project/program decks, as well as senior management presentations.
* Assist with other horizontal and/or team specific work as requested (including reporting, DQ reports, review or compile various metrics, assist with PI Planning, assist with coordination of technology costs/estimates for new work, coordination of monthly roadmap and accomplishment updates, etc.)
* 7+ years Project Management + Business Analysis experience
* Must have solid foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, architecture and design as person will be required to understand and help follow through on individual technology issues, risks, milestones, etc.
* Strong Experience with Agile methodology and also tolls for Tracking work such as JIRA
* Highly organized and motivated self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction.
* Ability to lead and manage various project meetings with Senior managers as well as with developers.
* Must be able to build project plans and able to plan and manage end-to-end tasks and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure project completes successfully and on time.
* with Adept at problem solving; strong time management and task prioritization skills
* Excels at adapting to changing business needs with ability to balance multiple competing priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment.
* Excellent relationship, team building and facilitation skills with the ability to proactively navigate complexities of gaining buy-in and driving collaboration
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability
* Excellent skills with creating decks and/or presentations or flow charts
* Ability to work independently, with little supervision
* Ability to multi-task work on multiple projects and/or other tasks for the team.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* PMP Certification
* Prior experience at Bank of America and familiarity with Regulatory reporting
* Experience with Hadoop (or ability and enthusiasm to learn quickly)
* Prior Experience with various Bank of America reporting tools such as JIRA, PPRT, etc.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Desired Skills/ Experience
