As a Billing Representative, your primary responsibility will be to manage billing inquiries, process invoices, and ensure accurate and timely billing for our customers. You will play a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing billing concerns, providing explanations, and resolving discrepancies.

Essential Functions:
Process customer payments
Answer simple customer inquiries
Perform cash drawer reconciliations and identify variances or errors
Deposit drops (cash and check)
Armor truck drops & pick-ups
Printing and mailing letters
Process daily to-dos, reports, and overall billing requests with proper research for residential and commercial sales customers.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed to ensure accurate, effective billing, timely completion of work and adherence to deadlines for work and reporting.
Perform additional tasks as needed to generate loss revenue or reporting for projects, audit or BPU purposes.
Support and provide knowledge transfer to fellow employees
Participate in product or system testing as requested
Perform other duties as assigned
Adhere to established performance standards, policy, procedure and quality standards within service standards or metrics for work performed.
Assist employees of a higher classification as assigned by management and perform other similar or less skilled work as assigned by management.
