Our client is looking for an Azure Engineer to join their IT team that oversees their Operational Data Management Platform. This team is responsible for maintaining Market Sales data and tracking trends, performance, and providing reporting around this information. They are also currently in process of modernizing their Cloud Platform (Azure) to their upgraded version.
The modernization efforts for this team will include deployment improvements utilizing Python or similar tools. They are also looking for someone who is comfortable working with large amounts of data with Azure DataBricks and Snowflake. You will be joining a remote, mid-sized Agile team of developers and architects. This is a highly collaborative, fast paced team.

What do you need:
3+ years Experience with Azure DataBricks
3+ years experience with Python, SQL, or similar scripting language
Familiarity with DevOps
Previous experience working within an enterprise cloud environment (Azure preferred)
Experience building real time data streaming jobs leveraging Kafka, Spark Structured Streaming , PySpark, and Spark SQL
Previous experience designing design scalable, secure modern micro-services
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Experience working in DevOps environments integrated with GIT for version control and CI CD pipeline
