Position Overview: Hotel General Manager
Schedule: Onsite in San Luis Obispo (Wednesday - Sunday)
Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 + discretionary bonus
Benefits: 2 weeks PTO and 50% of healthcare covered
We are seeking a Hotel General Manager for a dynamic full-time role based in San Luis Obispo, CA. The Hotel General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, managing personnel effectively, and maintaining financial accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and excellence.
Implement and oversee budgetary strategies, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining operational efficiency.
Serve as a decisive leader, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills to address challenges promptly and effectively.

Demonstrated proficiency in general and business management, ideally within the hospitality sector.
Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.
Sound financial acumen, including budgeting and financial management expertise.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Strong analytical capabilities and the aptitude to make informed decisions under pressure.

Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
