My client has an IMMEDIATE need for an experienced Land Development Purchasing Manager. Successful candidate should have 5+ years experience in a similar position and have the capacity to read and value engineer land development plans, write scopes of work/negotiate contracts. Must have familiarity with unit pricing and local/regional vendor and be comfortable with building and maintaining Land Development budgets, awarding contracts reconciling non-contract extras.
