Senior Chemical Engineer / Senior Process Engineer

Seeking an experienced Process Technology Engineer to join our innovative team! This role focuses on developing cutting-edge processes from conceptual design to commercial implementation. Ideal candidates will excel in a collaborative environment, delivering expert knowledge and detailed presentations to both technical teams and management.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with engineers to develop and enhance processes.
Create process descriptions and develop simulations for new/upgraded systems.
Develop and support the creation of Process Flow Diagrams and P&IDs.
Prepare detailed process equipment data sheets and utility usage lists.
Conduct system calculations including line sizing and hydraulic evaluations.
Develop process control schemes and ensure quality of engineering work.
Assist in preparing Start-up and Operating Manuals.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
5-15 years of relevant industry experience, with a strong preference for expertise in cryogenic processing.
Proficient with ASPEN HYSYS, SimSci, and AVEVA dynamic simulation software.
Solid understanding of process safety, PSM regulations, NFPA codes, and patent development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and present complex solutions.
Experienced with cryogenic processing: Cryogenic air separation, liquefaction of natural gas, liquefaction of hydrogen, light gas separations, etc.
