We are seeking a professional AR Specialist to join a growling team in Wellford, SC. This is a full time, permanent/Direct Hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of AR experience and will be a positive team player.
Job Description:
Process 15 - 20 invoices per day alongside the automated system
Oversee 2 other employees in the accounting department
Complete follow up soft collection calls
Complete custom statements for clients
Handle processing of deposits
Oversee the automatic scanner and posting of checks
Assist with the sales order processing system
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
2-3 years of AR experience
Great attention to detail
Strong experience with the MS office suites (including Excel)
