The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with Administrative staff to obtain required documentation and information for Finance/Accounting operations.
QuickBooks data entry, including invoice preparation and generation; billing entries (accounts payables and receivables)
File Management, including collecting, scanning filing of physical and electronic financial and other related documents.
All other tasks as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
3+ years of experience in related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
