The Digital Manager - COREtec is responsible for managing and optimizing COREtec's digital marketing efforts and online presence. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies, overseeing digital campaigns, optimizing online channels, and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve marketing objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for COREtec, encompassing various digital channels, including website, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to drive results.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to leverage expertise in areas such as SEO, SEM, social media management, and digital content creation.
Align the website strategy with the COREtec brand strategy and standards and the broader organizational goals and strategies.
Create strategies to improves website traffic and performance
Research, track, and analyze competitors, marketplace trends, and consumer behaviors and create strategies to turn those insights into action and strategy.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the digital space.
Ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations. Keep the website's domain and hosting registration current.
Manage pay-per-click and search engine optimization campaigns
Develop social media strategy and campaigns for the COREtec brand. Work with the creative team to craft compelling and relevant social media content, including posts, images, videos, and graphics that align with the brand's tone and voice.
Research, monitor, and stay up to date on trends in social media to gain insights into consumer preferences, sentiment, and industry trends.
Develop and monitor campaign budgets
Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and implement them in marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or IT related field
5+ years' experience in digital marketing or related field
Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
In-depth knowledge of various digital and social media platforms and best practices
CRM, SEO, SEM and keyword experience a plus
Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
This role is local to Dalton, GA and is not a remote role.
