This is a full-time hybrid role for a Channel Solutions Analyst located in Chicago, IL. The Channel Solutions Analyst position will work closely with our top clients to understand their business goals and objectives and turn those objectives into custom solutions and applications.
The Channel Solutions Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to help clients make informed decisions and communication of insights to stakeholders.

You have 3 Years of working experience and are located in Chicago, IL.
What You will be doing:
The Channel Solutions Analyst will work closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, scope projects, and ultimately create solutions that achieve desired outcomes.
The Channel Solutions Analyst will achieve this through: • Understanding the HopperBlue business, clients, client offerings, and the ecosystem we support. • Providing outstanding customer experience through project management, capturing client goals, and delivering exceptional outputs. • Executing Data Alignment between clients through our custom matching tool based on Microsoft SQL. • Analyzing and cleansing complex data sets to create simple and useful reports. • Building email communications and notifications through applications. HTML Knowledge is a plus. • Creation of custom applications and workflows in Quickbase • Identifying creative ways for data capture/entry, communication, and to improve HopperBlue offerings and internal efficiencies. • Creating data visualization through application dashboards and excel workbooks.
Skills Required: • Above average in MS Excel • An understanding of SQL and relational database concepts • Experience with report building and interactive dashboard development (ex: PowerBI, Tableau, CRM) • 3+ Years of experience in project management • Attention to detail
Useful Experience: • HTML and creation of emails and/or web pages • Quickbase • Database tools (SQL) • AWS S3 • Project Management Certification
