The Production Operator will work in a team production-based setting to assemble and produce products to meet customer requirements and expectations. The Production Operator is charged with assisting operations in the launch and assembly of new products.
Responsibilities
Assemble products to customer requirements and company goals.
Adhere to corporate, federal, and state employment policies.
Adhere to all company policies and rules.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Perform Preventive maintenance/maintenance activities to support TPM.
Lead efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining the TPM system.
Support MRO Planner with daily activities.
Adhere to and support compliance to ergonomic guidelines.
Participate when required in PFMEA and work instruction reviews.
Identify and support continuous improvement projects (e.g., cost reduction, efficiency improvements, etc.)
Assist with specification development for machinery and equipment.
Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
Support weekend and off-shift work as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Predictable and reliable attendance.
Position Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Preferred manufacturing experience.
Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001.
