Pay Rate: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
What's a typical day as a Purchasing Coordinator? You'll be: • Communicating effectively with customers to ensure on-time delivery • Planning and coordinating with various departments to solve customer and operational issues • Auditing customer orders for accuracy and resolving any issues • Performing data entry of sales orders, work orders, and updating bill of materials • Assisting with clerical duties such as answering phones and filing
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have experience in supply chain, particularly in a manufacturing setting • Possess strong math skills • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Are detail-oriented and able to multitask • Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of MRP systems
