Our client, a remote full service concierge that provides global coverage for procurement/retrieval/storage of devices, is actively looking for a Manager, Sourcing & Procurement to join their team in Midtown! This role is onsite 3 days a week so local candidates are required.

This client is looking for someone who has experience with IT hardware reselling, is well-versed in vendor management, is passionate about managing a team, and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment!
Responsibilities
Partner with the company's VP, Operations to implement a quality program to hold vendors accountable to the highest level of service delivery excellence
Evaluate and formalize new vendor relationships to ensure business continuity in existing regions, while also enabling expansion into new regions
Be the primary escalation point to triage all procurement related issues
Implement creative solutions to reduce procurement related escalations across all regions
Partner with Product & Engineering to improve the company's platform over time, while also implementing stopgap solutions to solve for immediate-term needs
Develop, monitor, and maintain KPIs that best demonstrate the performance of the procurement function
Evaluate end-to-end procurement workflows and implement process improvements in order to maximize service delivery excellence
Align procurement operations to industry best practices while also thinking outside the box to implement creative solutions where needed
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree
2+ years pf experience directly managing vendor relationships
2+ years of experience managing a team
Direct experience working with ERP systems (Acumatica a plus)
Experience with ABM & Autopilot enrollment preferred
Prior experience managing or facilitating the resale of IT assets
