Our client, a contemporary fashion brand, is hiring an Inventory & Allocation Manager to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule.
Job Duties Include:
Collaborate with various teams on the inventory forecast (inbound and outbound)
Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and emerging trends to drive allocation plans weekly
Support the allocations across the stores and teams on a daily basis
Oversee all allocation reporting including allocation recaps, store capacity report, in-bound tracker, high turn styles, core replenishment, etc.
Partner closely with 3PL team Logistics/Operations and Order Fulfillment to streamline the allocation function to maximize efficiency and profitability
Job Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's or Master's degree required
4+ years of Allocation experience
Experience working with high and small volume companies
Demonstrated logical analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS)
Salary: $110-115k annually
