Shady Spring PSD is looking for a full time Billing Clerk. This position performs data entry of information to billing system to generate bill and past due notices. Creates and maintains customer accounts, sets up billing records, handles billing questions, and posts payments and deposits. Answers telephone and directs calls. Maintains collection records as well as other related areas as needed or required. Other duties as needed or assigned. Must be able to work well with the general public. Requires good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Knowledge of office machines and computer to include Word and Excel. Previous billing experience preferred.
