This role is open to remote candidates, preferably in PST or MST.
What You'll Do:
Monitor the monthly budget, including analyzing and reconciling variances and discrepancies
Maintain up-to-date budget spreadsheets to ensure accuracy
Assist with the uploading of invoices to the internal dashboard
Regularly communicate budget status updates to both the Account and Media teams
Collaborate with various teams to support processes, ensuring consistent communication with the Account and Media teams on budget status updates
Who You Are:
You have a Bachelor's degree
You have worked 0-2 years working in finance, accounting, marketing, or equivalent experience
You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel functions including such as editing, formatting, and creating and maintaining formulas; Google Suite; and the basics of Strata/Advantage billing systems
