The primary objective of this position is to network and secure/influence sales by partnering with the existing Buckley end user, facilities managers, energy engineers and ATC accounts. Build relationships throughout the Boston market and develop/identify new leads and opportunities for the following control products: • Ebtron Electronic Flow Measurement • Antec Lab Controls • GPS Air Ionization Products
Responsibilities
Review and guide Quoting, Pricing/Closing follow-up Strategies.
Develop a List of Targeted End Users and ATC Contractors and a Weekly Schedule.
Host Regular Strategy Meetings with the controls, engineering, and sales teams
Develop and enhance working relationships with applicable vendors (monthly meetings) and schedule in-person periodic visits to educate our key target accounts on changes in products/technology/code and new product offerings.
Introduce and educate end users with our control product solutions and encourage them to influence their mechanical engineers to ensure Buckley products are the basis of design.
Educate ATC contractors to become familiar with Buckley products. Our goal is to become the primary resource for performance contractors who are involved in retrofit applications and energy upgrades.
Work with ATC Contractors and End Users to ensure the products are used for the proper applications, proper selections, and approved.
Qualifications

Education and Experience
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree
Relevant work experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Controls
