At TOMIS, we are on the hunt for an innovative Growth Marketing Manager to elevate our team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will spearhead TOMIS's digital marketing efforts during an exciting phase of expansion. Your primary mission will be to amplify lead generation for our SaaS products and agency services while also enhancing our brand's presence. In this pivotal role, you will devise and execute holistic, data-informed marketing strategies, oversee our digital marketing technology stack, and ensure seamless integration of these initiatives across various departments.
QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Development: Creating impactful email campaigns, automation sequences, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies. Proficiency in HubSpot is highly desirable.
Digital Advertising Expertise: Managing and optimizing Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Advertising, Retargeting, Affiliate Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and SEO.
Performance Analysis: Forecasting, measuring, and analyzing the performance of digital campaigns across the marketing funnel to ensure optimal outcomes.
Creative Strategy: Demonstrating creativity in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that effectively engage and convert.
Growth Scaling: Understanding user acquisition and implementing strategies to scale a business's growth channels efficiently.
Optimization Techniques: Employing A/B testing, experimentation, and landing page optimization to enhance campaign results.
Communication Skills: Possessing excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex strategies and results clearly.
Project Management: Thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Analytical Abilities: Exhibiting an analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint new opportunities.
Creative Production: Developing advertising materials such as ad creatives and newsletters.
Brand Consistency: Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS
Minimum of 3 years of applicable work
Experience with SaaS startups, digital marketing, and AI products will be weighted heavily
Fluent in WordPress, Hubspot, and Google Analytics
Familiarity with acquisition analysis, A/B testing, and ad fraud detection
Content marketing and SEO experience
Experience, understanding, and/or a strong passion for the travel industry
Graphic design experience, particularly with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
A keen passion for acquiring new skills and thinking outside the box
