Pay Range: starting at $80.000/year

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to help our organization realize the full benefits of our Salesforce-based business environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for process optimization and automation and will use their expertise to enhance business performance across our sales, recruiting, support, and financial operations teams.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and enhance existing Salesforce solutions to support critical business processes.
Interface legacy systems to Salesforce or develop their functionality into native Salesforce applications.
Develop customized Salesforce solutions to support business objectives.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce environment meets internal needs.
Partner with third-party vendors when warranted to deliver project objectives.
Provide system administration support, including creation of permission sets, security settings, custom objects, and flows.
Participate in product quality assurance and testing.
Create and maintain appropriate technical documentation.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or comparable experience.
2-5 years of software development experience, with at least two years of Salesforce application development experience with the Force.com platform and/ or Service Cloud.
Salesforce Developer Certification or comparable experience (expertise with Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Component Framework, Flow).
Understanding of the basic Salesforce architecture including system governor limits.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience developing customer-facing applications, preferably in Experience Cloud.
Experience developing SF APIs and / or working with integration software such as MuleSoft or Workato.
Experience with SF-focused DevOps tools, and development tools for code management and communication.
