We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Content and Records Management (ECRM) Systems Analyst. This contract position is responsible for developing applications and solutions in OpenText Content Suite and assisting with the on-going configuration, maintenance, and support of our OpenText Content Management system.
This position requires a combination of technical, analytical, and customer management skills. Also, the person in this position must also have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working with technical and non-technical team members, customers, and management.
The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ECRM solutions in very large, geographically distributed environments as well as several years providing application support to end users. The candidate will design, configure, test, debug, and document business solutions. 3+ years of experience developing and configuring applications for enterprise content management system (e.g. OpenText, SharePoint, Onbase, FileBound, etc)
Specific responsibilities include:
Design, configure, and deploy business solutions for OpenText Content Server, OpenText Enterprise Scan, and OpenText Capture Center
Work with 3rd party implementation partners to assist with application deployment, configuration, training, and post-deployment support
Produce appropriate design, deployment, and support documentation for solutions and applications
Provide after-hours and weekend support in emergency situations
Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise's competitive edge.
Works with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies.
Supports several moderately complex business processes.
Competent to work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

EDUCATION:
A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field is required. Equivalent professional work experience in a related field will substitute for required degree on a year for year basis.
5+ years of experience working in the IT domain for a large corporate or public sector entity
3+ years of experience developing and configuring applications for enterprise content management system (e.g. OpenText, SharePoint, Onbase, FileBound, etc)
