The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing complex projects related to the Design and Supervision of residential and commercial land development projects.
Responsibilities
Direct and oversee a team of Civil Engineers, managing projects and ensuring full completion.
Hiring and training of staff members.
Prepare and implement full CAPEX on estimates.
Ensuring compliance with federal, local and state regulations along with best practice.
Delegation of work and assignments across team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer license.
Minimum of 5 years land development/drainage experience.
Permitting experience across Central Florida preferred.
