LHH is currently seeking an Executive Assistant who will support high level executive. This is a great contract opportunity in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities:
Provide a broad variety of administrative support to CEO and executives
Maintain an extremely active calendar of meetings
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
Compile documents for meetings
Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings
Perform assigned projects
Establish and maintain official documents and records
Professionally interact with clients and visitors
Arrange events and venues for meetings
Qualifications:
5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-Suite staff
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must possess ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
Employment Type: Contract, Full Time
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Hourly pay $30-$35 per hour based on experience
