10+ Experience in an HRIS related to management of Workday applications along with 5+ years as a Manager.
Global HR and global data protection laws experience required.
Experience related to implementation, integration, and ongoing management of Workday HR applications.
Hands-on technical experience with Workday Recruiting and HCM areas including Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation and Workday Expenses.
Managing multiple areas for - Workday Operations and Production Support, Workday Transformation Projects, Workday Enhancement, all in the HR space.
Served as subject matter expert to business end-users, addressing user questions and troubleshooting issues Assess new Workday releases for changes that will impact current business processes.
Managed the design and configuration of varied modules in Workday.
Hands on experience in EIBs, Connector and/or Studio would be a plus.
