Job Title: Service Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager specializing in Reverse Logistics and Onsite Repair/Replacement Services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our service operations, ensuring seamless reverse logistics processes and top-notch onsite repair and replacement services. Be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified technicians to provide onsite support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • with internal teams and external partners to optimize in-warranty services, including onsite and depot repairs, replacement services, and collaboration with Authorized Service Providers (ASPs).
  • a strong understanding of eCommerce business operations and the in-home service program for TV and appliances.
  • and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing reverse logistics, onsite repair/depot repair, and refurbishment services.
  • track record of success in optimizing service operations and improving efficiency.
  • understanding of in-warranty services, including onsite and depot repairs, replacement services, and coordination with Authorized Service Providers (ASPs).
  • with eCommerce business operations and in-home service programs for TVs and appliances.
  • leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • degree in a relevant field preferred.
