The Role:

The Accounting Intern will provide accounting support and financial analysis around CPI's membership subscription accounting and processes.

What You Get To Do Everyday:
  • Support and partner with cross-functional teams in reviewing, processing, and reporting on mass membership processes.
  • Leverage data to process end of certifications, inactive accounts, terminations, and other changes to membership subscriptions.
  • Review and process membership subscription staging tables, ensuring accurate subscription creation.
  • Partner with Senior Accountants to ensure that membership deferred revenue accounts is reconciled accurately and timely.
  • Assist others within the company regarding membership subscription inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts to create new and improved membership subscription reporting tools.
  • Perform other position-related duties as assigned.

You Need to Have:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Current standing as a sophomore or higher in college, with an emphasis on Accounting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize efficiently
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze large volumes of data efficiently
  • Accountable for work produced

What We Offer:
  • $18.00/Hr.
