The Wealth Management Associate is the liaison between clients and the advisor providing excellent individualized client service and developing long-term relationships with clients. Objectives and Responsibilities
Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly manner
Schedule and set up client appointments for advisors, both virtual and in-person
Prepare client review summary for advisors' upcoming appointments
Complete each service request and resolve client issues
Assist in trades, allocations changes, withdrawals, rollovers and transfers
CRM data entry: input notes and keep updated
Coordinate and follow up on each client transfer
Review client applications prior to submission
Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
Assist with client update reports and mailings
Cultivate new opportunities within existing client relationships
Other tasks as assigned
Always put the client's best interest first
Stay informed on industry regulations, compliance, and tax law changes
Pursue ongoing education to enhance financial knowledge
Experience and Competencies - For success in this role
1+ years of experience in a wealth management or client facing financial role
Preferred licenses: SIE and 2-15 (sponsorship available to obtain)
Relevant or adjacent certifications/licenses are a plus (e.g. 2-14, CFP etc.)
Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
Strong phone presence
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients
Must be a go-getter, team-player, and hungry for knowledge and growth!
Tech-savvy with the ability and willingness to learn new systems, softwares and processes
