The role is fully remote, but you must be located in the PST time zone. The individual selected will be instrumental in helping us continue to deliver excellence to our base of leading global accounts.

Job Summary:
From the client: "We need a team player who can work efficiently and independently, who has the patience and detail for stakeholder due diligence and follow up."
You will be on a team of 8, working closely in pair, with a client Budget Lead to provide operational support, budget planning execution, and tracking for the Security Business Group stakeholders. Serve as liaison and point of contact for for business unit managers, assisting with their Purchase Order requests. Work with many of client's core finance systems and tools and tackle complex issues related to allocations, funding models, portfolio planning and management.
Responsibilities include:
Reporting to a Team Lead.
Assist to regular meetings and maintain relationship management with each partners Business Operations group to facilitate planning and optimize spend management.
Be the financial liaison to the business partners for all questions and ad hoc requests.
Owner of the procurement process, managing and tracking Purchase Requisitions and approval management.
Deliver regular spend reporting to the organization/Ops Manager.
budgeting, including recommits, headcount planning, incremental spending requirements and PO approval/monitoring.
Responsible for monthly and quarterly close activities such as forecasting, accrual analysis, and cross charge tracking as related to business partners.
Interface with directors and managers, as required.
Required qualifications and skills
Must be located in the PST zone
5+ Years of Budget Analysis and/or Finance experience in the finance and/or tech industry
Expert in MS Excel and SharePoint
Team player with the ability to work with people from different cultures and time zones
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills
Independent worker with critical thinking skills
Quick learner
