San Diego NOC Technician - Tier I (6-month Contract)

LHH is in San Diego to find a talented Tier I NOC Technician to join their growing team.
About the Role:
Provide technical support to internal users.
Monitor network systems for performance and troubleshoot any issues.
Respond to and resolve network incidents following established procedures.
Replace network switches (Aruba).

You'll be a great fit if you have:
Experience troubleshooting technical problems on Windows Server 2019 systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
A "go-getter" attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Bonus points for:
Network monitoring experience.
A relevant IT certification (Associates degree preferred, but certifications can be considered).
