Job Title: Network Administrator
Location: Calabasas, Los Angeles, CA (must be onsite for initial 90 days and then eligible for some hybrid remote work)
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and maintaining network infrastructures in multi-site environments. Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage LAN and WAN infrastructure to ensure robust and secure network operations.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
Maintain network security by implementing and managing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
Perform regular network maintenance and upgrades, including patches, updates, and configuration changes.
Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to support network-related projects and initiatives.
Document network configurations, changes, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Qualifications:
CCNA certification is required.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in networking and IT, with a focus on LAN and WAN management.
Demonstrated experience in managing networks in a multi-site environment.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
