Description
  • Purpose of this position is primarily to develop highly custom extensions to the Oracle HCM application in the form of reports, interfaces, dashboards, and data-interactive online forms.
  • Employee will prepare test scripts, test scenarios, and test results documentation.
  • Employee will develop Oracle Cloud HCM OTBI/BI Publisher reports for all supported modules based on business needs.
  • Employee will create custom applications and application extensions in Oracle Visual Builder.
  • will also be responsible for techno functional support aspects of various Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, T&L, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, etc), including configuration to support business needs.
  • Employee must be a strategic thinker and demonstrate leadership elements and considerable independent judgment and initiative in carrying out project objectives.
  • Position will partner extensively with the Business to champion innovative technologies and execute change in this space.
  • Resource must also possess the aptitude to *quickly* learn newly introduced Oracle HCM Cloud applications and ancillary platforms with which we interface.

Qualifications
  • 10 years hands-on experience with implementation, development, and support experience with a variety of projects (reporting, integrations, custom pages/apps, etc.)
  • to develop complex integrations, leveraging Oracle Cloud offerings such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Process Automation (OPA), Oracle BI/OTBI.
  • Experience utilizing HCM API/REST calls in developing custom integrations and applications/modules.
  • Ability to configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application setups - including Core HR, Payroll, T&L, Absence, Benefits, and Recruiting modules. Experience with Oracle Compensation a plus.
  • In Oracle Database Schema, particularly as it relates to various modules within Oracle HCM.
  • Strong communication and research skills for performing day-to-day production support, guiding users, and assisting with troubleshooting system issues.
  • Have initiative and motivation, and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks while adhering to aggressive implementation schedules.
  • Communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
