Job Description:
Position: SW Support for Depth SensorLocation: Cupertino CA (Sometimes required travel as per need to San Diego CA- Expense will be paid)VisionThe ES team should support the Apple internal team in station SW and bring up support in data collection builds for new depth sensors

In Scope - SW/Algo
- Develop/debug and deploy the depth test stations for data collection builds including functional tests and GRR
- Develop repeatable and reproducible SW that meets station requirements
- Develop unit test and integration test of the station SW and algorithms
- Create, define, and document new station interfaces
- The document brings up the process and teaches the operators
Success Criteria/Definition of DoneSerenity station brings up in Cupertino/San Diego labs SW review and approval with Munich TCT team Documentation and deployment of DOE stations
Technical Requirements
- Hands-on experience in SW development, multidisciplinary environment, robotics, or equivalent
- Application programming in Python, Lua or CIC++
- Data analysis in Python, Matlab
- Good fundamental knowledge and problem-solving skills in engineering.
- Experience in camera architecture, machine vision, or image registration is a plus
- Hands-on, self-motivated, independent, and dedicated
- Ability to work well in a diverse, collaborative, and dynamic environment
