Responsibilities: • Oversee all phases of the development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, transition, and support. • Apply API-led connectivity concepts to business initiatives to help organizations achieve their goals. • Follow best practices and project guidelines in all cases including the use of source code control, automated testing and deployment approaches, and proper documentation practices. • Perform and/or participate and design work sessions to and API Development using MuleSoft.
Skill and Experience Requirements: • 8+ years of hands-on-experience architecting, leading, and delivering solutions related to enterprise integration, APIs, service-oriented architecture. • 2+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft ESB, CloudHub, and API Management. • Strong understanding of underlying Mule ESB architecture with experience of server administration and physical deployment (On Cloud, On Premise and Hybrid). • Understanding of architectural concepts for MuleSoft implementations including encryption, security, logging, scalability, clustering, and securing solutions. • Ability to design and develop MuleSoft APIs, writing complementary RAML, and formally document architecture and design specifications. • Experience with a breadth of MuleSoft inbound/outbound connectors, for example: Web Services, File, Database, Salesforce, JMS, AWS services, etc. • Experience orchestrating complex use cases involving multiple systems, incorporating error handling and logging. • Strong knowledge of EAI/SOA best practices, development methodologies& standards. • Strong experience in Application Development using Mule ESB and SOA/EAI technologies and API management, MuleSoft - ESB Enterprise Edition, CloudHub. • Demonstrable understanding of Web Services (SOAP & REST), XML and JSON formats document schemas, HTTP protocol, and underlying internetworking concepts. • Good to have experience in integrating with ERP like SAP, SAP S/4 HANA. • Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment using Maven, Jenkins, Subversion, Git, and/or comparable toolsets. • Experience with Java/JEE programming/development. • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues and defects
