Location: Currently Remote / Burlington/Boston, MA (looking for candidates living in New England)

Travel: At present, all employees are working remotely. There is light travel to customers and monthly onsite team meetings.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant (Must be a seasoned Microsoft Modern Workplace SME) to join our consulting team and drive innovation and optimization for our customers. The ideal candidate has broad and deep experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft solutions. Some key focus areas are Microsoft 365, Security and Compliance, Azure Identity, Merger and Acquisitions scenarios, and Device Management. Please do not apply if your background is only AWS.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you are part of a high-performance consulting team that has become a trusted advisor to almost all its clients. Your role will range from independently designing and delivering consulting engagements for clients to being part of a larger delivery team.

As a successful consultant you will:
  • Work with a team in delivering projects to Agility customers on time and on budget, while meeting or exceeding client expectations
  • Work with customers to understand project and technical requirements
  • Develop and execute technical migration and upgrade plans
  • Help support, manage technical solutions and infrastructures
  • Execute projects ranging from small 20 user deployments to large and complex deployments involving over 100,000 users
  • Provide direct support to assigned customers
  • Learn emerging collaboration technologies and maintain a passion for learning
  • Gain awesome experience while working with a fun, yet established and high performing consulting team with a wide range of skills
  • Develop relationships with customer teams, most notably decision makers

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of higher educational experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in progressive Information Technology environments
  • 3-5 years consulting experience (requirement)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal management supervision
  • Ability to manage challenging technical issues by setting customer expectations, devising, and implementing action plans, and professionally communicating to all parties involved.
  • Work very well in team environments, reporting progress/status simultaneously to customer and your teammates within Agility Partners
  • Take responsibility for the success of a project and ownership of deliverables
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, set expectations, and meet deadlines
