My client is one of Chicago's leading electrical contractor's who are currently partnered with one of the worlds largest Hyperscale Data Center providers.
The Project Executive holds responsibility for the comprehensive success of data center construction projects, providing leadership and oversight for the daily operations concerning Construction, Project Management, and Project Administration activities. They hold ultimate accountability for upholding budgets, schedules, and profitability across assigned projects.
$190,000-$210,000 Base Salary

Your Responsibilities:
Oversee operational functions encompassing client management, procedural adherence, financial oversight, and reporting protocols, alongside workforce planning and analysis.
Actively oversee the workload, professional growth, and client relationship-building skills of project management personnel.
Foster positive client relations by maintaining professionalism and fairness in dealings with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, emphasizing safety, quality, customer service, and profitability within the project team.
Conduct monthly project reviews with project teams to ensure adherence to schedules, work quality, safety standards, administrative procedures, and profitability targets.
Provide support to Project Managers (PMs) and Superintendents in resolving specific issues and fulfilling requests.
What You'll Need for Success:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years' project management experience in electrical construction.
At least 5 years' experience in data center construction project management, with a preference for large Tech or Fortune 500 company involvement.
PMP certification is advantageous.
Knowledge of Electrical/Medium Voltage/Energy Systems.
