Our client is a major international firm, seeking a mid to senior level litigation attorney for its Intellectual Property practice in San Francisco or Palo Alto. The position will compensate between $225,000 to $435,000, depending on level of experience.
Qualfiications
5-7 years of litigation experience involving trademark, copyright, trade secrets and other complex commercial litigation.
Some experience before the USPTO, TTAB, and FTC and/or ITC is also preferred.
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team focused.
California bar admission is required.
